Often, the syllabus, that unassuming document distributed to students at the start of the semester, can help us answer many of our questions. In this workshop, we will consider some techniques for shifting the syllabus from a “contract” to a “promise.” We will also make time to provide specific feedback on your current syllabus, so if you have a syllabus, please bring it with you.
