SUMMER 2026 GRADUATE ORIENTATION
Congratulations on your acceptance to graduate school at Florida International University!
Graduate Orientation provides new students with general information about graduate policies and procedures and an opportunity to get to know UGS staff and graduate student organizations. It provides a forum for asking questions related to graduate-specific services.
Graduate Orientation is optional and open to all new graduate students admitted for the Summer 2026 term.
Some academic units may also hold their own departmental orientations. Please contact your academic program to inquire about this.
Online Orientation
Please complete the online orientation modules by logging in with your FIU credentials. These modules include in-depth information on academics, student life, campus resources, financial aid, campus safety, and next steps.
Online Graduate Orientation Instructions:

– Select “Student login”
– You must enter your FIU username and password
