Following the 2023 theme for Black History Month, Black Resistance, we want to bring light to the underrepresentation of people of color in the STEM fields.

Join OSJI for a discussion and brainstorming session where we aim to:

1. Connect STEM professors, grad/undergrad students, researchers, and professionals
2. Imagine in an ideation session how we can make STEM more inclusive, starting with FIU

This discussion will be one part guided conversation with statistics and information, one part Q & A, and one part networking.
