Grad Circles: Community Stress Management

October 2 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Graduate school comes with unique pressures — from research deadlines and advisor relationships to imposter syndrome and work-life balance. Join us for a supportive, peer-led conversation designed to help you navigate it all.

In this session, we’ll:

  • Identify common pressures of graduate school — Explore the stressors that show up again and again across programs and disciplines, and recognize that you’re not alone in facing them.
  • Engage in group discussion on coping strategies — Share what’s worked (and what hasn’t) with fellow grad students, and walk away with practical, peer-tested approaches to managing stress.
  • Learn about on-campus resources — Get connected to the support services available to you, from counseling to academic accommodations.

Come as you are, bring your experiences, and connect with a community that gets it.
