This workshop is geared towards students who will be creating or have already gathered data related to their thesis or dissertation. Topics will include: Understanding Research Data, Organizing Data, File Formats, Documentation and Metadata, Storage, Privacy Rights and Access, and Preservation. It also provides intro to the data management lifecycle and provides details about the ETD Data Pilot Program.
